Amazing atmosphere. Surprisingly, people are dressed mostly casually. The food is good and good choices. The salads are excellent, try them all if you stay in the hotel . The coffee is excellent as well. Maybe some servers are new and they can use a little more experience but they are nice and friendly.

The service is phenomenal!! We ordered Caesar salad with chicken, we also ordered Risotto. Both were really good, the Caesar salad though is a staple every time we go. They surprised us with a red velvet cake and a sparkler at the end when they saw my friend wearing her graduation gown, it was the sweetest gesture, they totally made our night!! Thank you!

The feeling I get each and every time that I enter this place makes me feel magical, let it be the romantic weekend getaway stay or summer Alice in The WonderLand Tea or the autumn pumpkins Tea. The petite sandwiches and the macarons and the delectable cakes makes me want to keep returning to this place over and over again... and I do ... I love to just come over to the Peacock Alley Lounge and have my brunch or a late lunch. This time round took my daughter for a mom daughter lazy afternoon time... ordered their Mediterranean Platter ... we were halfway done when she found a hair in the hummus, called the server and showed, they were very apologetic and went and showed it to their manager on duty. The server came back and offered us to order something else which we didn't and said they will take it off our check. Ok ! Sounds good ! What bothered me the most was that the Manager didn't feel the need to come to our table and acknowledge the mistake. This was a shocking and sort of disappointing experience. We get food any place but people come for experience. I do know the Director of the Food and Beverage there and he was so apologetic of the situation that he said it is personal to him. Well for me and my family we love Waldorf Astoria and are patrons there ... so would be coming back for the Magic !!

Amazing food. We loved the ambience.! Totally recommend it. We were here for dinner as well as for breakfast. They had good menu options for both the times. I have attached dinner n breakfast menus from when we went. Kids friendly too. Staff were very welcoming to kids and conversations. Our toddler loved the experience there, sitting around in couch or tables.. We missed to get tea party reservations. They were booked for 2 months out. Something to watch for next time we plan to visit.!

We reserved afternoon tea for Christmas Eve and thoroughly enjoyed the tea we chose (husband opted for the Ginger Yuzu and I tried the Organic Sugar Plum Fairy) as well as every single sandwich, scone, pastry, and accompanying sauces! It was quite the indulgent experience but everything tasted was spectacular, we could not choose a favorite because they were all so delicious. The service delivered by our waiter (Milan?) was professional and warm. The atmosphere was cozy and beautiful. Christmas decorations were on point in the atrium with the huge Christmas tree and ornaments and they had a harpist performing which added a special elegant touch to the experience. Thank you making it a memorable Christmas Eve!

Very chilling and beautiful place. It's a bit challenging to get seated. That's why it's better to try to reserve a spot in advance. If you walk in without reservation, most likely, you'll have to wait 15-20 min to get seated. Service is fast, and the place is very cozy. I'll be coming back here for sure
